Our home was originally a remodeled flip, and while many cosmetic items were updated, some of the underlying plumbing fixtures—particularly in the master bathroom shower—were clearly overlooked and eventually needed attention. The hot and cold shower stems had snapped due to age and wear, the seat cushions were badly deteriorated, and the finishes/trim pieces were completely worn out and needed replacement. “Toilet clog and toilet gurgling. Called Ace Pelizon Plumbing and Angel was able to come in within 30 mins. Cleared the clog from bathroom sink. Next day, noticed the toilet clogged and toilet gurgling appeared again. Ace Pelizon Plumbing was able to send Angel again at the scheduled time requested. He troubleshooted the issue and had to remove the toilet. He was able to find the cuase of the clot and was able to clear it. I was only charged for the extra procedures.
