They brought all the necessary tools with them to open my 350# concrete lid. None of my 3 previous septic pumping firms brought the right tools and had all sort of issues trying to open the lids. Frank also took the initiative to remove all the debris and even some bamboo shoots that were growing in the crevice on one side of the lid. They made sure to thoroughly clean the area and left it spotless after they finished. They are incredibly professional in how they carry out their work.
