Our home was originally a remodeled flip, and while many cosmetic items were updated, some of the underlying plumbing fixtures—particularly in the master bathroom shower—were clearly overlooked and eventually needed attention. The hot and cold shower stems had snapped due to age and wear, the seat cushions were badly deteriorated, and the finishes/trim pieces were completely worn out and needed replacement. Given the age of the fixtures and the fact that they likely hadn’t been serviced in over 15 years, this could have easily turned into a much larger and more expensive repair.

Marco, who served as the lead technician on the job, was outstanding from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and walk us through the repair process. John, who assisted on the job, was equally professional and attentive, and together they worked incredibly efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality and care.

What impressed me most was how transparent and customer-focused the entire team was. They didn’t push unnecessary replacements or attempt to upsell work that wasn’t needed. Instead, they focused on providing the right solution while keeping costs fair and reasonable. In today’s market—especially in California—that level of honesty and integrity is hard to find.

The job was completed in impressive time, communication throughout the process was timely and professional, and the final result was excellent. The shower now functions like new again, and it’s reassuring knowing the work was done correctly by a team that genuinely takes pride in what they do.

“I contacted Isaac & Sons after not getting my plumber to follow up with installing faucets and drains. Isaac & Sons were quick to respond and schedule an estimate. It was expensive to hook up a bath faucet, two drains, and open the shower faucet to see if could be replaced, but I needed the work completed. The plumber was very nice and worked hard to do everything in a couple of hours. I may get multiple estimates next time, some plumbers do not return calls.“
