“Richard and his son came immediately when we called. It was last minute, and a Saturday! My mother’s drains were clogged and their toilets and showers were not working. Right before a big, family birthday party! RHS saved the day. They were the ultimate in professionalism, they were EXPERTS, and knew exactly what we needed. My mom’s drains were fixed so quickly that our heads were spinning. They even trimmed back one of our overgrown shrubs to get to the clean out!! RHS went above and beyond. When I called him late yesterday afternoon and told him that our kitchen bathroom toilet was backed up, he quickly came out this morning to our house where we live here in Monrovia. He had the toilet drank cleared lickity split. He then examined our outdoor housed 40 gallon water heater for free. He appears to know much about plumbing and seems to be honest and ethical. This company stands behind their product and guarantee. The project manger, Marvin, covered all our bases throughout the installation process. “I had an emergency issue with a shower faucet in one of my bathrooms, the handle broke off and water was not shutting off. I had to close the main water line and tried to shut down the shower valve myself. Unfortunately I could not. I called Accurate and was able to get a same day appointment! Dan and another plumber came out within an hour or so and they were able to replace the valve cartridge and reinforce the handle so it was sturdier. They were able to fix it within a couple of hours and at a reasonable rate. I’m very grateful to Accurate and Dan and team for their quick response and very professional and efficient fix!!! I highly recommend Accurate for any of your plumbing needs!“
“Carlos quickly fixed a persistent, hidden, gas leak (leaking thru pipe in concrete). He did a bit of extra work and supplied some extra parts not initially anticipated on quote. Price was reasonable, especially considering the extra effort and peace of mind gained from this fix. Done in a professional yet friendly matter. Would definitely recommend to others.“

They were able to come out within a few hours, and they figured out right away that the problem was with our gas! It was something simple that they were able to fix in no time. “I found this company on Yelp & contacted them based on their reviews. We were quoted by another company to replace our current tankless water heater & I wanted a second opinion. Jessica took my info over the phone, had me text her pics of our tankless hookup & emailed a quote that came in over a $1000 less than we were quoted. We’d been without hot water for 4 days.. They scheduled us for the following day after 4:00. The technician was running late due to traffic but they assured me he was coming, I just knew they’d be calling to tell me it was going to be postponed to the next day, but instead Jessica told me he was still on his way. He showed up after 6:00 & worked until after 9:30 to have us up & running with hot water again!!!! We were so grateful we were not charged any additional fees for the late hour & how they treated our situation as a priority! So professional & all had a great attitude, even at that late hour! I HIGHLY recommend them!!“
