Luis aka "Luigi" is GREAT! Second time hiring Nolasco Plumbing for a water heater mount and ensuring it's up to code. Luis was punctual, courteous, well experienced, and highly knowledgeable. He was professional and helpful in explaining the process and answering any questions I had. Luis also provided great recommendations for leak prevention in the home.
