“We had a cogged drain issue. Unknown what to do, we decide to call three of the local plumbers to see what the best method would be to solve our issue. Two of them suggested to dig up our yard and to replace the pipes. This suggestion would have cost us a lot of money and we would have to forfeit our vacation this year. When we called and spoke with Mike, he told us about his Hydro-jet machine that would get the job done. He promised us that it would work and he could solve the issue at hand.“

“These plumbers have come to the home I rent multiple times- The first couple of times it was for minor thing a like a leaky faucet, toilet clog, or washing machine. This time our hot water heater broke and we were stuck without water. We called another plumber and they came by, told us it was too complicated and then left. When I called Garcia Plumbing they came right away and we had hot water that night' they fixed the problem in a timely manner and for an affordable price. They gave a better price than other competitor. Complaining that plumbers are an hour late is just stupid. They are busy and are helping people and jobs take longer than expected sometimes- so NOT a reason to leave a bad review!I highly recommend!“

“not sure why this store is not on yelp. Great reviews on google.com . Immediately when i stepped into the store, I received help. I was looking for 2" long copper pipe for bath spout installation. Unbelievably, this part was not in home depot. Home depot only had black steel (for gas only) and galvanized steel. Galvanized steel will corrode after years of exposure with water. This store has the part I was looking for. my gripe is i wanted an 3/4" diameter but received 1". I called back and the guy insisted he gave me 1". Make sure you measure the dimension before you leave the store and ask for return policy. He said it's refundable within 2 weeks.“
“Mark conducted a pre-interview about our problem with our central air conditioning unit that was leaking in our attic. It was apparent that he knew his stuff as he was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem. He was so friendly and took his time to fully explain the issue to my husband and offer trouble shooting tips to for future issues. He made suggestions according to what he could afford and wanted to do and didn't try to cross sell or suggest things that weren't urgent. He came wearing a mask and was so polite and careful. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again as he was clearly a master of his craft who prides himself on outstanding customer service!“

“I found this company on Yelp & contacted them based on their reviews. We were quoted by another company to replace our current tankless water heater & I wanted a second opinion. Jessica took my info over the phone, had me text her pics of our tankless hookup & emailed a quote that came in over a $1000 less than we were quoted. We’d been without hot water for 4 days.. They scheduled us for the following day after 4:00. The technician was running late due to traffic but they assured me he was coming, I just knew they’d be calling to tell me it was going to be postponed to the next day, but instead Jessica told me he was still on his way. He showed up after 6:00 & worked until after 9:30 to have us up & running with hot water again!!!! We were so grateful we were not charged any additional fees for the late hour & how they treated our situation as a priority! So professional & all had a great attitude, even at that late hour! I HIGHLY recommend them!!“
