miguel and the crew at Harrison Brothers Plumbing were top notch. i got an estimate to replace all my drain pipes and fix a few old plumbing lines, and the price was much lower than i expected. they showed up on time in Arcadia, got right to work, and kept me updated through the whole job while explaining each step in simple terms. what i thought would take all day was finished by 2:00, even after i asked for some extra plumbing work that was not part of the original scope. the final bill came in under the estimate, which really impressed me, especially with the added work. honest, hard-working, friendly, and very skilled with drain and pipe repairs. great work guys,...read full review
Our water heater quit working and needed a full replacement. We did not realize our plumbing setup was more complex than a standard install, so the first estimate we got seemed confusing and very high. After calling for another opinion, everything was explained clearly in simple terms, including the venting, connections, and labor involved, so the price finally made sense. We were also given a much better quote. On installation day, Billy and Miguel arrived on time, handled the water heater install smoothly, and made the whole process easy. i called the office early in the morning to ask for same-day plumbing service for a badly backed-up drain line in my daughter’s bathroom in Arcadia. Since it was right before a busy holiday, i was really hoping they could fit me in, and i was glad to hear they had a later afternoon opening. Even better, i got a text not long after saying plumber Miguel was on the way, and the photo in the message was a nice extra touch. When Miguel arrived, he was polite, professional, and got right to work.
