Amazing teacher's leading you through the 26-2 series.Today I taught class which was so fun and I feel so honored to be leading a class in the wonderful studio Stephanie has created !Check out this special place on Coronado Island?“
“This studio (at State and G) is great and the instructors are amazing!!! They have completely turned around my view towards exercise!!! Specifically, Annie has been incredible as a Pilates expert - her tone is understanding and her words encourage students to try and do their best. In addition, Galina is wonderful - I always enjoy her classes and she, too, brings out the best in me!!! In my opinion, the instructors make all the difference between a mediocre workout and one that is over-the-top encouraging!!! This is what I have found at Beyond Pilates!!! Ann Gladys“

1618 W Lewis St, San Diego“I have been going to Saltwater Sweat Co. for over a year and have truly loved that gym studio. Victoria, the owner, Tabitha, Catherine, and all the other trainers offer a truly personalized work-out while being attentive to each member's needs (the beauty of the smaller class size). I was not familiar with the gravity board workout but have become hooked. It truly is a full body workout each class is completely than the last. After some time you feel like and become family. I can't recommend this place enough.“
“I am new to Pilates and have tried 3 different locations before coming to Radical Change. Andrea’s classes by far are my favorite. I was challenged and I feel every muscle activated. I left there thinking, “this is what Pilates is supposed to be!” I’m still a beginner and Andrea did help me with some modifications. I like that we did more than the reformer. She is a patient instructor and very helpful. The location is great with ample parking on the street. It cost $1.25 which is very inexpensive for street parking. I will definitely go back.“

1885 National Ave, San Diego“I had been fighting plantar fasciitis for over three months and had been to the podiatrist and several physical therapy sessions in addition to wearing over-the-counter orthotic inserts and doing multiple exercises per day. It was getting a bit better but I was still nowhere near my preferred level of exercise. After I went to Dr. Rubanenko and was given specialized exercises and custom orthotics, I made a very quick recovery back to my baseline exercise level. She had me fitted for the custom Foot Leveler orthotics with her special scanning machine and they were worth every penny. I was recommended by a friend who was facing a very similar injury and he was also cured shortly after starting with these custom orthotic inserts.“

5500 Grossmont Center Dr #470, La Mesa“I have been attending various classes here over the past few years and it’s time I give them a shout out! All the staff and yogis are friendly and encouraging. I started as a beginner, attending maybe 1-2 yoga classes and never hot yoga. Each instructor has their own style and tips, which I find helpful in my growth. They are always available for questions and assistance. My favorite classes are hot Pilates, hot yoga, and yin but there’s truly a class for everyone here! This place helped me recover physically and mentally after the pandemic and I’m forever thankful for this community I’ve been provided with! Love y’all SD Yoga Center ??For the building itself, they also have showers and a locker type room upstairs for women. Not many places offer that and it’s a nice amenity to have!“

3767 Bancroft St #9, San Diego“Jessica is not only a pilates instructor to me, but also a cool friend to hang out with during sessions. She’ll introduce you to traditional Pilates (not the Lagree Pilates you often see at other studios) on the mat, reformer and Cadillac and will help you a lot with your form. Her guidance has helped me transform both my body and mind - just trust the process and give it a shot! ;)“

1015 C Ave, Coronado“Alicia is my favorite instructor ever! I was new to Pilates over a year ago and nervous about starting because I have back problems. The size of the studio allows the instructor to pay closer attention to each move and ensure it's done correctly. Alicia goes above and beyond to accommodate my back issues into the session. She is very knowledgeable & presents awesome alternatives in case a move doesn't work out for an individual. Overall, she makes the class fun and exciting. All of the instructors are amazing and motivate you to do well and be your best self. I can't imagine going to another studio. Love it here!!!!“

She really focused on my strengths and weaknesses and how to get more flexible. I've also taken several classes, and each instructor is very well-informed and helpful. They managed to give one-on-one attention to each person in the class.“

3930 Utah St c1, San Diego“It is with pure joy to let the world know how fabulous Michele is on every way. There are not enough accolades in my vocabulary to sufficiently describe just how incredible of a person she is. Michele is very knowledgeable about the body and how our muscles affect our movements. She incorporates Pilates and yoga with her workouts and has great equipment and weights to add to the mix. It’s always a thorough workout. She is an encyclopedia of exercises and has the ability to zero-in on the best exercises for my fitness which many times reveals my many weak spots as well!! If I can’t do an exercise, Michele breaks it down or modifies it for me so I can still work that particular area. What I know and what I’ve witnessed is that Michele is committed to improving everyone’s physical fitness no matter what their fitness level or age is. She is very supportive and encouraging, and I am proof that what she teaches works like magic! I have never been in better physical shape. I am so grateful that I have Michele in my life.“

3959 30th St STE 101, San Diego“I love this studio; I always leave feeling so refreshed and stretched out. Shout out to Emily, one of their newer instructors. I absolutely LOVE her classes; I didn’t used to get sore from Pilates, but she incorporates some amazing moves that I really feel the next day, all while still feeling that amazing stretched out feeling I get after Pilates.“
“Been going here 8 years and I love it !!! The best teachers, classes and the cleaniest studios. I strongly recommend! Has changed my body, mind and helped my sprained ankle injury. I will always come here as long as I live in San Diego.. the best for a reason !!!!“
“Katia is an amazing instructor definitely recommend for a beginner and an advanced client! Took my first Pilates class with her and she took her time with me and made sure I was doing all of my moves correctly. Keep reassuring me to not push myself to hard and to do what I was capable of doing. Can’t wait to schedule more classes with her!“
“I really enjoyed this studio. It was very clean and their beginners class was helpful to learn the flow.“
“I just completed a full year at Pilates Room and could not be happier with my choice to join this studio. The studio is clean, the teachers are fantastic (shout out Julia and Sarah Kate), and I have noticed such amazing results. BUT what truly sets this studio apart are the people that go there. I have never felt so welcomed and at home in a fitness studio. I have made such incredible friendships here all while having fun and getting stronger!“
“Had my first class of restorative yoga with Yvette. She was phenomenal. I felt relaxed, refreshed, and renewed. The stretching was perfect for this older, first timer. Can’t wait to do it again.“
