“I've been enjoying my visits with Gloria and Align and Balance Chiropractic. I'm pregnant and I had severe hip pain starting around the middle of my second trimester where I could barely walk. Gloria's adjustments are gentle and effective and my hip pain is relatively gone! I'm in my third trimester now so having normal lower back pain since the baby is growing at a much faster rate. Additionally, her staff is so kind and makes scheduling appointments so easy. I've never had a problem scheduling an appointment to my availability. They are also good with following up on anything. “Had a great couples massage. It was a nice introduction to warm water on your feet while you wait, then they bring you back. They give you the option to walk on your back. They were gentle but firm and offered to stop at any time. The only thing I wish they asked us was which one of us likes deeper tissue massage, but it was easy to ask the masseuse to get the firmness you want. Definitely will go back!“
