I've been going to Massage Envy for years for massages and facials and have been generally happy with both. It is a bit pricey, but the staff are very responsive if I have any problems, most providers have been good and I have very few complaints.
Unbeknownst to me my scheduled appointment with Skyi had been canceled. I appreciate manager Ruby stepping in to help me find an available alternative. I was so disappointed and really needed a massage. Front desk staff and manager really hustled to find Mel to handle my appointment. Mel had great hands and time flew by… so I was very appreciative!
The location is always quiet, soothing and an enjoyable experience. Front desk staff is always pleasant and very helpful. Thanks to all. Special thanks to manager Ruby! See you soon! Karen
Every time I see Alvaro, I always left the facility with an excellent experience. He makes sure he knows what part of my body needs extra attention. He exceeded my expectations. I totally recommend Alvaro. He is exceptionally good.
