I had won a gift card to this facility and finally had time to book a massage. I actually didn't read into each person available but picked the date and time that worked best for me. I ended up seeing Vince who may of been just what I needed. He focused on all my tension and knots that I have and I could feel that it wasn't just "another massage". I also included cupping into my session which felt great if you enjoy that type of pressure. Vince really was great, and I appreciated the attention to detail to areas that he could tell I needed more work on. Only thing is I wish I had tipped more, next time!

I had just the massage I wanted and needed with Rosemarie. She really listened to my description of what works best for my body and was very careful in providing it. Often when a massage therapist feels the knots in my upper back they instinctively go deeply into them -- but that doesn't work for me. Rosemarie got what I was describing and adjusted her techniques accordingly. She weaves Reiki into her work and finished with a cranial-sacral stretch. I love that she speaks my language of energy. Today was my first time to the Sanctuary & I had Vince as my masseuse. I can hands down say it's the BEST massage I've ever had! He completely understands how the body works & knows how to work on knots! I work on my computer a lot & he knows exactly what areas of the shoulders & back to work on. I also did cupping for the first time & it actually felt really good! I can't say how much I appreciate someone who genuinely cares about helping relieve the stress in my body & taking the time to work out each knot. I already scheduled my next appointment!! THANK YOU VINCE!
