My wife adores Elements Massage! She’s a monthly member and is currently enjoying their prenatal massages, which have been incredibly helpful for her. Highly recommended for anyone seeking relaxation and wellness.
Just had a 90 minute massage at Elements Massage in Walnut Creek. I had Nez, and my friend had Mel. Both of them were amazing. I’ve had massages all over the world from both male and female therapists, and the technique Nez used to release the knotted spots but without making me tense up was very effective and relaxing. I highly recommend this Elements and ask for Nez, you won’t be disappointed!
I love Elements Massage. Clean, modern, comfortable spa atmosphere with kind, friendly and professional office staff and massage therapists.Sunny is the best! She is trained in trauma-informed healing technique, lymphatic drainage, and is super knowledgeable about chakras. She is intuitively gifted with her touch and very respectful of sensitive areas (physical and emotional). In addition, she’s a master of all the traditional forms of massage. Her gentle manner disguises her strength. She is an excellent therapist overall, and especially for an SA trauma survivor like myself.
