First time at Back 2 Perfect. Mark is truly a REAL Myofascial Release therapist. Many will say they are trained in this very specific massage, few know how to do the work. Mark has been doing the work for a long time, and you know it as soon as you start your session. If you are in pain, and want relief, I would give it a try. I am a long distance cyclist, cycle instructor, runner, and former dancer. I have had issues with my low back, Psoas, Piriformis, hip flexors off and on for years. I had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Both Lorie and Laura (owner) worked on me over the course of 4 appointments, and their meticulous attention to detail made it truly amazing. They are incredibly friendly, warm and a one stop shop for helping you take better care of your body.
Just finished with my 2nd Myofasical and trigger point release appointment and I feel 100% better.Back story, I was playing with my kids in the pool and they where jumping off my shoulder and arms. 2 days after my neck was stuck and my upper back was spamming. I had to go to the doctor to get assessed.
