“I have been coming to Benicia Wellness Center for a few years now. Dr. McConnell and staff are absolutely amazing. I've also used Benicia Wellness for massage therapy and every massage therapist had been wonderful. I got a chance to have one of the new massage therapists last week. Fermin did a fantastic job. He already had an idea of what has been my trouble spots over the years with the pervious massage therapist I was seeing there (Linda). Fermin was incredible nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I can't wait to see him again in another month.“

“I went to Susie's therapeutic massage. She did another exceptional job I got a 90-minute massage and cupping massage. I have chronic neck and shoulder pain. The massage has it always is it's good and helps a lot to loosen me up. The cupping massage seem to help my neck a lot. I did feel some difference in my shoulder as well. I think with future sessions it may help my shoulder to where it won't hurt as much anymore. I strongly suggest that you will try Susie to help any tension or pains you have. She's very professional and ask questions to address the problem areas that you are having to relieve your stress and pain. In my opinion she is very caring in wants to help.“

This guy is an absolute pro and I've been getting massages off and on for over 25 years and Lito is my favorite therapist of them all. If you are an athlete let him know because he does some stretches that are absolutely life altering and help with the dreaded DOMS. If you just need self care and rejuvenation and a mental reset go, just go see him. I'm telling you that you will not regret it.
