“Lauren is a goddess! The spa is lovely and clean, the music is always good, and it always smells amazing. Lauren always had a fun and friendly attitude, and she takes the extra time to really assess my needs and to find the best solutions. Plus, she’s always so collaborative and open to feedback around products and treatments. Also, she knows everything about the products she carries and is willing to explain them and do pro/cons. An incredible experience and one I look forward to repeating!”
