They offer many different modalities to help with your muscle and nerve related issues or just a space to relax and destress. I have given out several GC and no one has been disappointed. “I've been seeing Dr. Mike for over 6 years to stay healthy and active in CrossFit. He is familiar with the sport, which makes a huge difference in his advice. He takes the time to listen, checks in on your issues, and even follows up after visits to see how you're feeling. I've had various injuries with my shoulder, knee, and calf, and I've been able to keep them under control with effective treatments along with useful mobility and strengthening exercises to do between visits.
