I don't even know where to start. I interviewed about 7 other gc's before hiring Mark and just knew from meeting with him that he would be a good fit for my project. His pricing was reasonable, his references checked out, and he seemed trustworthy and reliable. Fast forward a year later- Mark has knocked it out of the park on my build out. He worked closely with me to help design it, custom tailored for to what I wanted. (Side note: I fired my interior designer 2 weeks into the project, so Mark and myself designed the entire restaurant) That's the kind of service you get with Mark. If only 10 stars were an option. I have done a lot of buildouts . I've worked with a lot of contractors and I'm pleased to say I will never work with anyone else EVER again. I've been screwed over, lied to, even robbed by previous contractors. I wish I found Mark years ago, it would have saved me thousands of dollars. Not to mention Handian Construction is a one stop shop. To be able to hire one person who does the architectural drawings, MEPs AND construction is unheard of. Not only a great contractor but an overall great person. Knowledgeable, person of his word, time efficient, everything to code. We had a previous contractor who had no idea what they were doing. Mark stepped in to not only right their wrongs but did a complete 180! Approval from all departments now we are up and running. Helpful with design, as well and very creative. Very grateful we went with Handian Construction. Wouldn't pick anyone else to work with.
