Amazing customer service!! Came here on a Sunday afternoon last minute for a self service wash and so glad that I found this place. Kate was super friendly and helpful. My senior border collie was a little less than excited to be bathed but Kate made him feel right at home (offering him treats which he gladly accepted). They have 3 wash stations, luckily I called ahead and reserved a spot so I was able to get in right away. They have a lot of choices for shampoo, special shampoo for heads/faces (tearless), conditioner, cotton balls for ears and even an ear muff for blow drying. Ideal place for a self wash or to have them bathe your dog! Very reasonable pricing and the staff are all just so friendly & patient - especially with my challenging dog. So happy to have them back after the Eaton fire!!
I've taken my husky to wet paws since she was 4 months old, she is now 8. When the owner switch happen I was sad because there was a lot of unknowns. Those unknowns quickly went away when I met the new owners and saw there was no change in customer service and my dog was a extremely happy after every bath. I highly recommend this place and pray this place stays open for many more years. Oh and they do ana amazing good job when my husky is blowing her coat. The deshed they do is immaculate.
