I've been a client at this establishment for more than 30 years. The shop is nestled back in an Altadena shopping center and hides to all but those knowing of it. The salon has a pleasant and fun atmosphere, and is extremely beautifully hung with art works, bright lighting, some of which can be purchased, and a variety of stylists eager to please. Check it out.
Ms. Rachel, Ms. Benji, Ms. Kym, Ms. Channel, Mr Eddie, Mr. Lynn & the lady who does the braids up there have your hair on point!! You walk in needing to be refresh, this crew will have tou walking out singing praises!!They stand behind their work! What beautician do you know who does that??
My appointment was for 7pm last night. My first time at this establishment, recommended by my sister. First impressions mean so much and this place is awesome from entering to leaving. When I entered I was greeted by someone who escorted me to a chair to wait for my hairstylist, Chanel. She was doing someone else's hair. My wait was only 30 minutes. She did apologize for the wait before she started on my hair. Shoot what's 30 minutes(it's nothing) when you're waiting to get your hair done. From beginning to end my experience was great.
