When my mother-in-law moved in with us, we needed to remodel our bathroom, transforming it from a traditional tub-and-shower setup into a modern standing shower. The project included several thoughtful design features such as a step for seating, strategically placed handles for easier entry, a high-end sliding glass shower door, and a recessed niche in the wall to conveniently hold soap and shampoo. Ali coordinated a team of subcontractors—including plumbers, tile installers, electricians, and painters—who each completed their work on time and to a high standard. Throughout the process, I was kept fully informed, receiving progress updates and photos, which demonstrated Ali’s dedication to transparency and accountability.

What impressed me most, however, was Ali’s response to a concern that arose months after the project was completed. I suspected a possible leak that could cause mold under the shower base and affect our kitchen below. Even though this issue was outside the original scope of work, Ali promptly sent his team to investigate. They inspected the attic, drains, and remodeled areas thoroughly. Later, the team returned with specialized cameras to inspect beneath the remodeled bathroom through the kitchen ceiling in a non-intrusive manner, confirming that everything was dry and in excellent condition. His willingness to go above and beyond, long after the project had been completed, speaks volumes about his integrity and dedication to his clients.

After extensive water damage to our condo affected the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom areas, we were left reeling from the costly mitigation and cleanup process. Thankfully, my parents had a spare room where my wife, daughter, and I could stay while we figured out our next steps. We needed help rebuilding—kitchen, bathroom, repainting walls, and installing new flooring.

Cabinet Flooring & Bath Design was the first of three places we visited, and from the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth. “Loft Crafters developed a solution that allowed us to renovate our home and get more space, instead of looking for a new one. Their pricing was open and transparent from the beginning. The entire experience could not have been better. As with every construction project, issues arise but the Loft Crafters team always came to us with solutions rather than just problems.

The other areas of home we were well protected to avoid any dust infiltration from construction activities. Depending on your home layout, you may be able to stay in your home during construction but I would recommend renting elsewhere while work occurs.

We even had a roof leak completely unrelated to this renovation occur during construction. The team helped us get a roofer on board for a quick fix and they were able to repair the interior damage themselves at a very reasonable price.

Even with the added scope due to the roof leak, the team still finished AHEAD OF SCHEDULE by 4 days and they even gave us a credit back at the end of the job. Top notch performance.
