Always easy to get in touch with them and schedule an appointment. Techs are friendly and knowledgeable. I called in the middle of the year once and they promptly came out and addressed the problem .
I have worked with Solo Termite many years but haven't reviewed them before. I have an annual contract and once per year, they come out and give a complete inspection, looking for termites. They look in attics and crawl spaces, the garage and do an exterior review for subterranean termites. They also will come back during the year if you find termite evidence so they can treat as needed. I never feel like there's an upsell and the technicians who come are knowledgeable and friendly. I will continue to subscribe to their service.
