We loved working with California Pools South OC! The two Ryans and Blake (and everyone on their team) were so professional and attentive throughout the process. We researched a bunch of different pool companies and found other companies were super flaky or gave us outrageous bids that seemed to capitalize on economic factors. Not California Pools - they made a very informative presentation to us sharing the basic principles of pool construction including how to manage building a pool close to a slope (like our yard), timing, estimated costs for each phase. California Pools started our pool installation in November 2022 and had it completed in February 2023, beating their promised schedule by about 2 months. It was a great experience overall. We had other companies bid the project, but we chose California Pools based on how they developed the project and how up front they were about expectations. They took an education based approach to guiding us through the design, and consistently communicated throughout the process. We didn’t feel “sold” at all.
