My therapist, Shiva, made the entire process so much more comforting and welcoming. She made sure that in all aspects of recovery, I was secured. Each exercise was explained, and most importantly, she made sure to ask how I felt before and after the treatments. You would never leave your appointment without feeling better.“

I chose MOTI in Highland Park, CA because of it's excellent rating & close location. It turned out to be an excellent decision. It is a very attractive facility. The staff is so knowledgeable & helpful. Most of the time I met with Michael Yip. He set up a program of exercises to strengthen my femur & foot. He even worked on remolding my foot, which needed to be reshaped after the fall. I can't say enough good things about MOTI and all of it's staff. I would 100% recommend them to everyone!“

My session is an hour and starts with 10 minutes of cardio, followed by core, then arms/legs etc. A few people come in every half hour and so there ends up being around 3-6 people working out at any given time. But she prescribes different exercises for each person based on your individual strength and needs. I started going here toward the end of the pandemic because she diligently wipes down all the machine after each person uses it. One of the best things about Carina’s is she creates a very friendly and social environment. It’s the reason I have been so consistent about my two times per week! Everyone enjoys talking to each other and I look forward to catching up with my new friends all the time! She offers sessions Mon/Wed evenings and most mornings.“

Plus he's super nice and funny! Highly recommend.“

Sometimes I spend up to 20 minutes a session waiting for heat, ice, or the planned circuit for the day (which could be planned out before I even show up). I definitely recommend this place, especially if you have an athletic background, I just wish my sessions were more streamlined.“

His approach is highly intuitive--he can pinpoint exactly where my pain originates and then teaches me how to prevent it from returning. Working with him has made me much more aware of my muscles and movement. Now, I can feel my muscles working during workouts without experiencing pain afterward. Haig is exactly who I needed to take my workouts to the next level while effectively managing pain before it becomes a bigger issue.“

2000 Huntington Dr, San Marino“Snap fitness is the best - it has everything I need. I rarely have to wait for equipment (including the squat rack!). The gym is clean, and everyone there is so nice and supportive, staff and members alike. I train with Steven there, and he is one of the best trainers I've worked with (and I've worked with my fair share of them over the years). It is obvious that he cares about his clients and their well being. I have lower back issues, and Steven knew exactly what to do to address it but at the same time to continue progressing with the strength training and making gains. He has worked with me to build up my core strength and mobility, as well as technique, so that I can now do deadlifts and squats safely and confidently and even enjoy doing them! I am definitely stronger now than when I first started training with Steven. Many thanks to him!!“
