We had snow-white thick carpets that were not cleaned for over 5 years. Eric cleaned them so well within 4-5 hours and made them look like new. The most impressive part was that when our tenants moved in, they mentioned something about the carpets, which I relayed to Eric. He generously stopped by to check, did a second rinse and used fans to make sure they are dry. That's in my opinion going above and beyond. Top customer service and quality work.
My rugs were picked up cleaned and returned in a timely manner. I usually don’t write reviews, but Eric and his service made sure that I was satisfied with the cleaning of my 2 rugs. Eric and I discussed the age of my rugs and the care needed to preserve the backing . He was upfront about only cleaning the front to prevent tears to the back. Trust in the people you deal with is all important. I hope this review helps.
I had an excellent experience with ZEST CARPET specifically with Erik they are amazing people very fast, responsible, absolutely friendly, and knowledgeable I highly recommend this business.
