After coordinating 13 out of 34 condo owners to participate in the sliding scale discount rate for dryer vent and air duct cleaning, Andrew (Andy) Farr was gracious to go even lower on the HVAC cleaning when we asked for an even lower rate. As a result, he beat out two other bids that we had. Over two days, I've gotten rave reviews from my neighbors about how Andy was early, on time, efficient, professional, nice, and cool! We'll definitely have him back again and highly recommend him. Side note: requests for him to mask, wear gloves and put on shoe protectors when he's on the carpet will be accommodated.

Andrew came to my condo and cleaned the dryer vent today. He was punctual and very courteous. The pricing was very good and competitive with what other companies are charging. I will definitely hire them again. Andrew was very friendly and explained what he was going to do. I have no complaints.

Update:Action Duct's COO called me to apologize for my experience and the lack of communication after the problem wasn't solved. They even sent me a check for the entire cost of the service which I didn't ask for or expect but he said when I called the first time saying the issue wasn't fixed, it should have been offered. So, in the end I am impressed with the follow up and commitment to keeping customers satisfied. We are having the AC coil replaced. Hopefully that solves this issue since it is getting very hot and we cannot safely use the AC.
