On time, and professional. Only problem I have, is that my stairs are still damp, wet. The 2 bedrooms are almost completely dry after 24hrs. I have kept windows open all day yesterday 5/3/24 and air purifier on. I don't know if too much water is used or if the tech could have sucked up the water by going over it more. I've used another cleaning service before and not encountered this problem. This is just an inconvenience for my family, but not a major issue, the staircase will eventually dry I'm sure.

COIT service man called to say he was running a few minutes late due to traffic, very considerate.He was very kind and courteous and got right to work. Explained everything before and after.

The service man (Heston Hughes) kept us informed of his anticipated arrive time and after reviewing our job, provided us with an estimate. We decided what work to do and he was conscientious about wearing foot coverings and in general respecting our property. He did an excellent job within a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend this service rep!
