To Servpro of Whittier please accept our greatest thanks and appreciation your professional staff that not only took care of our belongings in our unhappy hour of need after the housefire, and all our goods and memories were returned well restored labeled and packed.The crew led by Gleisy including Vera, Martha and Nestor did a superb job our things were delivered and placed back in every room . In late July at about 4 am we had a house fire in Pasadena. Fortunately no one was hurt, but it was a major fire. We were overwhelmed, of course. At about 2:30 or 3 in the afternoon, we called 3 referrals given to us by our homeowner's insurance. Jose of ServPro Whittier was the first to respond. Jose called us and said he would get a team out as soon as possible to secure the house - estimated arrival between 3-5pm. They got there around 4:30 ish, and put plywood on all the damaged doors and windows by about 5:30. He was not able to get his team up to secure the roof that day because the roof had been damaged so badly and they didn't want their guys to fall through....read full review

Emmanuel and his team have done great work for the property with all needed repairs and clean-up. The property was wrecked after extreme water damage but Emmanuel assured me that everything would be okay and made sure to follow through with his promises. The property was completely renovated with major upgrades to the kitchen and flooring. He and his team have shown to be professional and detail-oriented.- MaggieServices: Remodeling
