After buying a new (but 100-year-old) house, we wanted to get asbestos-insulated pipes removed from our basement / crawlspace. Since some of the asbestos was damaged, this required testing and clearance from the SC AQMD, and we realized it was going to be a much lengthier and more costly experience than anticipated. I got 6 different bids for our abatement project, and ACE came out with the most competitive price -- and we are very happy with their work. Mario, the project manager, was responsive and attentive, and the crew got the work done efficiently. The basement looks great, and our final visual inspector noted that the work that ACE did was 'perfect.' Highly recommend!
