“Overall; good experience, Emanual and all the servpro workers are good mannered, helpful and hard working and consistent .The project was done within 2 months for bathroom fire & smoke and water damage and for adjacent rooms repair. They did a beautiful jobs with the shower, floor tiles vanity ,plumbing ect. Also I'm happy with installation of the cabinets and LVP flooring.
There were a few kinks here and there; Wish there was more time and communication when certain things would be done so I did not have to bother them. But whenever I voiced concerns, Emmanual was able to deal the problems efficiently with a smile.

“Bravo! The technician (forgive me for not remembering his name) was wonderful. He was very patient as I had a couple of services taking place at the same time.

My rug and draperies came out good, considering I have 2 Yorkies that have all but destroyed them with their small bodies. He applied stain remover and the results were satisfactory, much better than pre-treatment/cleaning. I was happy that discounts were applied and there was no hard pressure up-sale for services.

I definitely recommend and will be a repeat customer as needed.
