“Very Happy with Westcore! We recently had new countertops put in our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. So plumbing hook-ups were a must to complete the job. Both bathrooms also had sink plumbing that needed to be upgraded. Well, Adam from Westcore did an absolutely splendid job. “5 stars for professional installation of my water tank. 4 stars for customer service.

We reached out to Blue flame for a water tank installation in March this year. However, due to insufficient communication or miscommunications, the scheduled installation might have to be cancelled. I was very disappointed because I don’t have much flexibility. Customer service or sales team, no apology but shifting the blame, not trying to find out an alternative but a cancellation.

Luckily the electrician Nathan stepped in and worked to find a solution. Thanks to his quick response and effort, the installation was completed on time! To me, this is what true professionalism and great customer service -not blaming, shifting responsibility or passively response.“

There was a complicated switching issue on one of the hot water tanks and Lloyd identified and repaired rhe fault in short order. It’s great to have a company to maintain our equipment.“

“A call to Twin Peaks for a second opinion, and wanting to find a trust worthy company I could build a long-term relationship with in Nanaimo, to have a look at my heatpump AFTER another W Van Is company said reason for on/off of our ac was I had numerous leaks on the coil in crawl space, and it was going to cost what would have been a almost 7gs repair!!?? 1st company had sent 2 different people 10days apart to diagnos!? my gut was telling me something fishy(scam) was going on.

Twin Peaks sent their tech Tom over, diagnosis was done on the spot in less than a couple hrs, ZERO LEAKS, NONE!!
Tom's professionalism shows and he kept me informed as he went along (unlike 1st company)
Issue was found, and traced to the interior txv and I was told a very reasonable cost for repairs before he left.
I booked the repairs with Twin Peaks and Tom returned to complete the job when the part arrived.
We are very pleased with Tom and Twin Peaks and would fully recommend them for any work that this company could do for a home owner! 5 plus ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
