Chris came to address our concerns withing 1 day of the request. He was professional, kind and very thorough.
We moved into a new-to-us home in November and were concerned about an exhaust smell from our gas fireplace. He took very thorough readings, about 15 minutes total (just for the readings) and made sure the fail-safe on the fireplace was functioning properly. He found that the gas was turned up too high which was causing the issue. He even cleaned the glass front so the fireplace looks brand new! He also addressed our concerns and explained things clearly so we could understand.
