When my heat pump (which was sold to me and installed by a company which is no longer in business) failed, I contacted the Comfort Group. They scheduled an appointment the next day. The problem required further diagnostics which were scheduled for the following day. As soon as the diagnostics found the problem, it was fixed that day! They were transparent about what the services would cost and the technicians (Kale and Kyler) were extremely polite and explained the problem and the solution in terms that I could understand. I will be using The Comfort Group for all of my HVAC issues from now on.
I had the first annual maintenance performed on my ductless heat pump by Renee M., technician from The Comfort Group, who was happy to answer my questions and share her knowledge. It was so nice having a woman service technician!
