“We had a leak in the copper pipes in the family room ceiling that when discovered had caused more damage than we could have imagined. Our insurance adjuster and Doug Bates met and assessed the damage and assured me that everything would get fixed ,and look better than before . The tradespeople that did the repairs were exceptional in that they were here when they said, called before they came and worked solid til their part of the job was done. The job required removal of furniture and damaged flooring, plumbing, drywalling, painting, flooring. All the trades were quick , professional and friendly. “I am very happy with the job they did. I have a heritage home and was having the living room and dining room painted. Because of the age of the house and the amount of trim this was a big job. As well, the existing paint was chipping and peeling so a lot of prep was necessary. The rooms have been transformed! “5 Starts to Maxx Contracting! We had a large rotted-out 400 sq ft deck. The beams were good, but the joists, deck boards, facing boards, some lattice all needed replacing, and we also wanted to modify the entry and stairs to allow wheelbarrow passage.
Spencer lead the project and was fantastic to work with, and even raised the bar on an already nicely designed deck. He and Mike worked efficiently and consultation throughout was encouraged.

“I’ve dealt with this company for over 30 years. Each and every time I needed them they are quick to respond and resolve the problem. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable employees and fair pricing. Woke up this morning and the house was freezing cold due to the furnace breaking down. I called their office at 8:00am and Ken had technician at my home before 9:00am. It’s 11:40am and the technician is all done. Heat back up and running, furnace fan replaced ! Under three hours to source the parts required and installed. Five star service. Awesome job guys. Thank you !“
