The problem required further diagnostics which were scheduled for the following day. As soon as the diagnostics found the problem, it was fixed that day! They were transparent about what the services would cost and the technicians (Kale and Kyler) were extremely polite and explained the problem and the solution in terms that I could understand. I will be using The Comfort Group for all of my HVAC issues from now on.”

Jason walked us through their line of products, helped us select quartz and butcher block that suited our needs and complimented our colour scheme, used his very sharp pencil to give an a very reasonable price and ensured all of our questions about durability and after installation care were covered off.
Amanda worked her scheduling magic to ensure there were no installation delays once our contractor was ready for their install. She also sent us 2 of the nicest and accommodating installers we’ve ever dealt with. These guys did a phenomenal job.
The end result is better than we ever dreamed of thanks in large part to the great products and customer service we received from Colonial. There aren’t enough stars to adequately rate their company and service delivery.”
