I moved to Yuma 6 months ago from the San Francisco Bay area. In the past 6 months I've been looking for somebody to restyle my hair. I've walked into many salons here in Yuma to make an appointment and turned around, and walked back out after seeing the inside of the shops, the bad hairstyles of the clients getting their haircut, the smell of Aquanet, and how runned down the inside of the shop is. I was at a point where I was afraid I might have to make an appointment with a stylist in San Diego or Phoenix.

Liz at Splash Salon is amazing! I've been going to her for years for my haircut. I have a short pixie cut with very fine hair which can make things challenging to find a stylist who knows what they are doing. Liz listens really well, will make adjustments if asked, and regularly checks in during the cut to make sure you're on board. She understands hair and makes me feel amazing every time.

This place is awesome and I'm SO happy with my haircut!! I needed a cut before the summer heat set in, and I was a bit nervous after learning my favorite salon had closed. I went in with Amanda for a haircut since I’ve been struggling with my hair growth for a couple years now. When I walked into the salon it looked so clean and welcoming. I was seated and was asked what I was looking for. What was end result I wanted. Amanda was giving me recommendations on what types of haircuts would be suitable for me with the type of routine I have at home. Needless to say I’m so happy with my results. My hair doesn’t only feel a whole lot fuller- it visibly looks that way. All the tips and recommendations she gave me really made the difference in my hair. Billy the kid is hands down the best barber I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and getting a hair cut by. If you’re looking to get a clean fade or any hair cut for that matter. I would strongly recommend him. I have been to four different barber shops and he beats them all without question or hesitation. Also the man can hold a great conversation.
Let me just say, I have never been a woman who has been confident in the skin I was given. I have never been confident in my looks or my body image but Tammy changed that for me in one photo shoot! She really knows how to make every woman look sexy and she absolutely loves her job.

I said that I didn't want CBD oil, she asked if Lavender oil okay. I said yes and but they tried charging me 10 Dollar More. She opened a case of suction cups and started putting them on me, a few minutes later she said $25 dallar, I said No please take them off.
With that kind of nonsense, I may never go back. I just want them to be honest and upfront.

A special shout-out to Westar Plumbing. They should be called Allstar Plumbing because their whole team were all-stars. Edgar and his team are professionals who care about their work performance and their clients.. They are honest, trustworthy, dedicated and hard workers. They did a complete under the home re-pipe task in a few days. Tardiness was an issue but their overall performance overshadowed that. Thank you to Westar and their office manager. They all deserve 10 Stars.

Based on my experience, Klein is the standard of professionalism. The dispatch staff prioritized my electrical repair (a failing 30 Amp circuit breaker for my A/C compressor) due to it possibly affecting my A/C which was struggling to cool my home. The Klein tech came quickly and called and texted me several times throughout his repair. He even took videos of my A/C compressor failing. Thanks to those videos, I was able to get my compressor fixed because it wasn’t failing when the A/C tech inspected the system. Also, the Klein tech took the time to notice that my 30 Amp breaker was insufficient for the amp draw of my compressor. He could have just payed attention to the breaker he was there to inspect, but instead he dug into it and recommended I upgrade to a 40 amp to make it right. He took the time to stop and go get a 40 amp breaker to install so my circuit wouldn’t be overtaxed and fail again down the road. If I ever need electrical work again, Klein is where I will go.
We were having issues with our AC which is worst case scenario in Yuma during the summer. From the time we called to the time our AC was running again was less than an hour. Mathew helped us out and was very professional. Thank you!

Sun Ray Electric is the very best electrical company in Yuma, period. I have used other companies but after finding and using Sun Ray, I have found the company I need. Ann and James are very professional and have always been on time. I have never felt over charged for multiple services they performed. If you are looking for quality service, professional attitudes and reasonably priced repairs, this is the electrical company to use.
O-M Electrical Services was very fast in responding. They installed my solar panel system within 3 days. On the first day, they got everything to the roof and physical installation. On the second day, they finished the rest of the installation and started electrical work. Last day, they upgraded my panel. It was super fast. For 4 hours, everything was done. I tested, and the solar system is active. Now, I'm waiting for a city inspection. O-M costs are very reasonable. I recommend the services. They have 3 big vans with everything onboard. Be ready for van parking, will take up the whole driveway.
My wife has been bugging me for months to rip out the nasty-looking 15-year-old carpet throughout the house. In her defense, we have three young sons, and they operate as a full-time demolition crew. If an object exists and falls within their line of sight, it's probably already damaged.
I kept arguing that we should just get the carpet cleaned and squeeze a few more years out of it until the 3-year-old gets a little older and is less likely to destroy whatever flooring replaces it.
Well, Tyler and his crew proved me right.
In about three hours, they transformed carpet that was covered in stains, mystery spots, and whatever substance it is that kids constantly seem to ooze from their fingers into carpet that looks almost brand new. Honestly, I was shocked by how good it turned out.
This was Semper Fi's third visit to my house in about six years, and there's a reason I keep calling them back. Great service, great results, and they probably saved me from spending thousands of dollars on new flooring.

These guys are great. Every job they do gets the same attention to detail and work done is of highest quality. From plumbing to windows and doors and tile and roofing, every thing they do just looks great.

These guys are amazing! I first used them in 2004 and still use them today. They have done so much work for me over the years. They have installed windows and doors, built a back porch awning, repaired my roof, installed new lighting fixtures and were there to finish all home improvement projects that I started and couldn't complete. They are great at framing and do excellent drywall and stucco work. They do all work, large or small. They show up when they say and do their best to work you in their schedule if you are working with a deadline. I can't say enough good about them so if you are looking for a contractor that returns calls, shows up to work when they say they will, cleans up after a job and is reasonably priced call them!

Most contractors are completely clueless on how to properly craft an IMP building. After working in construction my whole life, I now consider Jodi my go to contractor/builder.

During the last couple of months, Westerner General contractor did several projects in my backyard. They built in Arizona room, and two awnings (everyone), who I dealt with, was extremely professional courteous, and went out of their way to meet all my needs. I could not be more pleased with the way they took care of me and my property while they were working at my home. All the subcontractors did an awesome job ! Roger and Wayne, truly showed that they care about the work that was out of my property, and that all my needs were meant. I just wanna pass along kudos, for a job well done!!!

Did such a good job I felt compelled to come and write this review. Knocked down all the spider webs (I didn't even ask them to), sprayed inside and out, and are cheap to boot! I called around a bit before getting to Professional Pest Control and boy do I feel silly. Other exterminators charge an arm and a leg for a one time and want you to commit for monthly services. Outrageous! Thankfully that's not the case with Professional Pest Control.
Showed up a little late but time is a construct created by man and no one can claim to be perfect. I highly recommend and will be using them again! (hopefully not too soon, but we all know this dang Arizona sun dries up the chemicals quick and these dog-gon sewer roaches just don't quit)

My wife found a scorpion after coming home late on Thursday night. I’ve known the owner and have used Empire since 2015. Today Robert was the tech that showed up and in the 11 years I’ve used Empire, he was by far the best guy that’s serviced our properties. He was knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do. When he was done he knocked on our door and explained again what he did as well as what we should expect. He asked if we had any questions and wished us an amazing weekend. Also on that note, James the owner understood the urgency of getting our house sprayed quickly as we have kids and dogs. NextLevel cleaned up our lot in Yuma Foothills and did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend them for landscaping and other jobs.
Great company, they came out and removed two loads of gravel, three bushes and installed about 1300 sqft of sod in the back yard. Was able to get me in 2 weeks before they planned to, installed all the sprinklers needed to keep the lawn green and were in and out in two days. Yard looks great already (only been 3 days) and the kids are ecstatic to have all that room to play. Highly recommend to anyone in Yuma looking for professional landscaping. Elanzo was prompt and answered texts and calls almost immediately, completely transparent through the entire process.

In all my years of going to the dentist, I had never I had the hands down best experience at Yuma Dental! Amber the Dental Hygienist, had given me a cleaning that left me speechless! Not only did she do an amazing job of cleaning and polishing my teeth but she educated me on specific brushes and habits to help keep them much cleaner for much longer.
During the cleaning I was a bit nervous and expected it to be a painful experience but it was not. She did a great job of being precise with her tools and not stabbing my gums. I will definitely be returning to get my cleaning done with Amber again! Shes the best. Thank you Amber and thank you Yuma Dental!

I want the world to know that I chose Heuser Chiropractor AGAIN because Dr. Douglas Devries earned my trust since 2010. I went back on April 2026 after a car accident that left me pretty much confined in bed because I couldn’t stand longer than 30 minutes due to back and neck pain. Thank Jehovah God first and Dr. Deviries and his team care and treatments I’m almost at 100% back to normal. For I’m able to work again and be back on my feet. He has an exceptional team supporting him and they genuinely care for their patients like no where else. Thank you Mr. Devries and team. May God bless you all.

I take our guy to Palo Verde Vet Clinic for his nail cuts. He does not like his paws touched at all. I completely trust Palo Verde to cut his nails. He fights it with all his might but they take great care of him. They are always respectful and compassionate with him. While the nail cut is pricey, for us it is worth every penny!
I put my little Angel Pixie to rest in peace, The staff and Dr were caring for Pixie and us. I highly recommend for your pets needs

I cannot recommend Valerie enough! I came in with chronic debilitating neck pain, right shoulder pain and right side pain extending from my right shoulder to my foot. I had 26 weeks of PT, repeated visits to my sports medicine doctor, and general practitioner. Valerie, took the time to understand my pain patterns and use highly targeted techniques. I have been being treated by her for the past 7 months. Initially once a week, then moving to once every two weeks. And now going for maintenance. I have not experienced this kind of mobility since I started my journey of healing almost 3 years ago. The staff and her are knowledgeable professional and truly care about healing. I cannot recommend their facilty enough.
