“Joe provided excellent service in a timely manner to unclog drains and replace filters in my water purification system. I have used this company for other past plumbing needs and have always been pleased with the results and their personnel. Highly recommend!”
“Roto-Rooter Plumbing Yuma team did an exceptional job from start to finish. Starting with office staff Christy she was very nice and able to dispatch a technician out on the same day for an estimate. Joshua came out and was able to diagnose where the leak was immediately. He was transparent on what the process would be like to fix it and how much it would cost if I approved of the estimate. Next day he came back out to repair and while working discovered it might not be as easy to fix as he initially thought. He explained he would check with his boss to see what options were available. Anthony (CEO) briefly joined in on the repair and wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty and to explain what the new solution would be. Frank also joined in on the call and worked well with Joshua. Both of them were very thorough and made sure everything was working properly after the repair was complete. They also made sure to clean everything up and not leave a mess behind. All in all everyone was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and had a fast response time considering they had to drive out to San Luis, AZ which is about a 35-45 minute drive from Yuma. Great plumbing service I would call again and highly recommend to anyone in need!”
