During a severe wind storm, our 8 ft by 70 ft awning blew off and went completely over our roof. We were not in Yuma and had to deal with our insurance company over text, e-mail and phone calls. We contacted Westerner Products and talked to Jon Arsaga who was very responsive and provided us with an estimate. Sadly, I was not the only person with awning problems so my work could not start for several weeks. Jon called me several times with any updates and progress.
