Our family has been renting from Pacesetter Home centers for over 3 years. Our landlord is easy to contact and answers questions promptly. As a teacher, locality is important and I love that my home is near grocery stores and schools in the area. Thank you so much for caring for your renters!

Just wanted to share that I have been renting for awhile, and when I call for Pacesetter Melanie that my AC was not working, they attending to me so fast. I have never rented anywhere that they were prompt with my issue and it was fixed right away. Great job Pacesetter for sending someone to fix.

Sham the Manager set us up with a great ParkModel home and delivered it turn- key to our Resort. Nicely appointed with an upstairs loft. We didn't lift a finger until we moved in, when the city inspection was complete and Sham delivered us the key. Our new unit now sits at the West Wind Rv resort in Yuma and we absolutely love it.
