SIX STARS! So my mother had used royal electric in a very distant past and gotten a good job done. And this time around, she had been in the car wreck was immobile, broke both her feet and her spine and everything. And Royals sent out 4 guys who spent a 1 day putting in a 4 prong outlet in my mom's room because she required extra equipment for her injuries, did a bang-up job. And when they left, they didn't charge us.A dime did a great job.I don't care about the community highly recommend these guys
