The staff is friendly, but I do feel that appointment times should be respected on both sides. I understand that arriving 10–15 minutes late can mean that an appointment needs to be rescheduled, and I respect that policy. That is actually why I have been making an effort to arrive early and be on time for my appointments.
However, I also ask that the office be considerate of patients’ time. Today, I arrived on time for my appointment and still had to wait about 30 minutes before being seen, only for the actual appointment to last less than 5 minutes.
