This place is wonderful!! If you are interested in starting yoga or have been doing it for many years either or, it does not matter!! What a great gift I found in Yuma!!The instructions are spot on, the teachers are amazing. This is a SPECIAL place! If you want to start doing yoga Or just need to get back to it, bring your mat or use theirs.It will be the best decision of your day!

This spot is definitely one to try out! My first class here was so extremely welcoming and every class since is something new to explore within myself and within the world around me. Being new to Yuma friendship is something I was missing out on, but every class I'm meeting someone new. The teachers are so helpful and loving, I never feel judged or forgotten. In the short time I've been going I have already seen so much progress with my practice of yoga, it's mind blowing. I can't wait to see how far my journey will be but I can send up a huge kudos to this studio for igniting the spark.

I am newer to Yuma and really love this studio. Very welcoming studio, the people are great. There are some instructors that are a little rough when it comes to cueing and fluidity in class but I also do not know their tenure as an instructor. If you're new, try the new student pass which allows you to try a bunch of classes and instructors for an extremely reasonable price. (It's currently $30 for 30 days) I appreciate how the schedule adjusts a little each month...shakes things up a little. They also have "special events" each month which is fun too.
