My water heater began leaking at the base over the weekend. I called Milo Plumbing early in the morning. The phone rep was very patient and understanding. He explained what the recommended process to handle this will be. The Milo plumber Josh knocked on my door within an hour.After assessment of the issue with the heater he presented me few options and addressed my questions of concern as well as curiosity. Long story short, Josh was able to leverage still active warranty on my broken water heater (it lasted 4 out of 6 years). The only plumbers I'll use! They were on time, courteous and honest. Got the jobs done well and cleaned up afterward so you couldn't even tell they were here, except for the nice new fixtures in my bathrooms. Highly recommended! Thanks, Milo's!!!!
