As a visitor to Yuma, I was willing to be a little adventurous and try yoga here. Simply a wonderful and supportive environment. Very clean, clear instruction, and full of dedicated regulars at all levels. Great for beginners or those working on technique. I will definitely visit when I return. Also, for $12 a class, the cheapest drop in I've been to in 5 years!

beautiful, clean space with dedicated instructors. i am a yoga instructor myself & was able to truly deepen my practice in Kassandra's Gentle class. She is a great asset to this studio. I also enjoyed Dena's classes. She gives mindful cues & has intelligent sequencing.
