I cannot recommend Valerie enough! I came in with chronic debilitating neck pain, right shoulder pain and right side pain extending from my right shoulder to my foot. I had 26 weeks of PT, repeated visits to my sports medicine doctor, and general practitioner. Valerie, took the time to understand my pain patterns and use highly targeted techniques.
