From the moment I stepped foot in the office to leaving after my appt, I was greeted and treated with kindness. The staff is friendly and accommodating with any questions or concerns I had (and paper dental records from previous duty stations 🫣). I was offered water or use of the bathroom while waiting to be taken back. Ashley was phenomenal and kept conversation steady throughout my exam and cleaning. Thoroughly explaining things to me and was able to show me what she was talking about on the screen in front of me, so that I was fully aware of any concerns that may have arised. Never asked me a question while tools were in my mouth, which is a huge plus in my book 😂. Dr. Lemmon came in and did a wonderful thorough exam and explained 2 options but ultimately left the decision up to me on which route I wanted to take to a healthier smile. This clinic is warm, welcoming and cozy. I can't wait for my children to experience their care.
Always have a great, smooth experience here. The staff are friendly, respectful, caring and courteous of your time. The office is run very smoothly and efficiently. Definitely recommend.
