Of all the quotes we had (4+) Derrick had the best ideas and vision for the bath of any of my quotes, made several suggestions for ways to do things creatively and maximize space and minimize cost. Sunset provided a quote by email, after I provided words and pictures to describe what we were looking for.

Their guys showed up on time. They were courteous. They were respectful of us, and respectful of our home.

They asked for our input when they got to a part that required some judgement.

They performed mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and drywall work. All done nearly to perfection.

And they passed the acid test; after they left, I noticed two small things which I thought could have done better. They returned immediately and made these right.

And they sent an invoice almost a week later (giving us an opportunity to discover any other issues, which we did NOT), and the invoice was for the exact amount of the estimate.

They accepted my credit card payment over the phone.

Our job was a small one, but they have definitely encouraged us to contact them again for our next job - small or large.
