Frontline Consultants & Contracting LLC is a family-owned roofing company that focuses on client satisfaction. They provide roofing services and help with property damage from storms. Homeowners and business owners in the Metro area have praised the company for their top-quality work and efficient service.
Clients have found the company to be very thorough and responsive, noting that they go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction and follow up on projects. One customer highlighted the project's smooth process from initial contact to completion. After the old roofing was removed, the crew discovered additional work that needed to be done, including replacing 15 sheets of plywood. The price for the replacements was reasonable, and the work was completed in about 10 hours, leaving the property clean and looking great.
Another client mentioned that while the crews were professional and hardworking, there were concerns about unapproved costs being added after the fact. They expressed dissatisfaction with the communication from the office regarding these additional charges, although they still acknowledged the quality of work performed by the crews.
While some clients have raised issues with customer service, particularly regarding communication after damage occurred, many have been pleased with the overall work done by Frontline Consultants & Contracting LLC and would recommend their services for roofing needs.
