The building had been vacant for nearly 10 years and was originally constructed in 2004. What began as an interior demolition project evolved into a full rebuild with a construction contract exceeding $600,000.

“I called Al with Action Automatic Fire and Safety around 5:00pm when water was pouring out of the pressure relief outlet on my sprinkler system. Over the course of a couple of phone calls, and several hours, he walked me through diagnosing the issue. Even after turning off every possible ball valve, the water just kept coming. Ultimately Al said he was going to pack up and drive over an hour, at 7:00pm, to try and diagnose and get the water shut off. I couldn't believe his willingness to help someone at such a late hour. Fortunately, the issue resolved itself temporarily and the water stopped flowing for the night. Al worked us in to his schedule the following morning and he replaced our corroded pressure relief valve, thus resolving the issue permanently. Action Automatic Fire and Safety will always be my first call!“
