I called Al with Action Automatic Fire and Safety around 5:00pm when water was pouring out of the pressure relief outlet on my sprinkler system. Over the course of a couple of phone calls, and several hours, he walked me through diagnosing the issue. Even after turning off every possible ball valve, the water just kept coming. Ultimately Al said he was going to pack up and drive over an hour, at 7:00pm, to try and diagnose and get the water shut off. I couldn't believe his willingness to help someone at such a late hour. I would highly recommend Al and crew. They did our sprinkler for our spray booth. Did everything he said he would in a prompt manner. Another plus, the city inspector was impressed with his work and has worked with him over the years. Thanks again Al
