I just have to say that Native Sun Accents is a wonderful company that shows good old fashioned customer service. From start to finish everything went as promised. The time frame is reasonable and right on time with the product time frame! The office staff is a pleasure to work with. Tristen, the installer was on time. He double and triple checked every single thing in every phase of the install. Very polite and he actually knows how to have a conservation. He went over everything including the warranty. We looked for a simple screen-only door to add air-flow. It turned out terrific by Native Sun! Matches the exterior, sturdy, excellent and strong screening. Install by Brad and Tristan went very well! And, Judy, our customer service contact was very helpful and specific along the way. Recommending for sure:)
