“We had the opportunity to work with Crosspoint Contracting LLC on the complete repurposing of a 6,000 square foot building into a new clubhouse for our 55+ community of 3,380 homes. The building had been vacant for nearly 10 years and was originally constructed in 2004. What began as an interior demolition project evolved into a full rebuild with a construction contract exceeding $600,000.
After a very positive experience with their demolition work, we selected Crosspoint Contracting LLC as the prime contractor for the reconstruction. The project included building a large multi-purpose room, library, formal conference center, game room, and new bathrooms. Along the way, there were numerous unexpected challenges, including discovering boarded-up windows, navigating complicated electrical requirements, irregular room configurations, and complex ceiling structures.
