Two local HVAC companies tell me I had a leak on one home & insisted replacement was needed. Those companies quoted 12k-15k with options. My friend referred me to Southwest Boiler & Mechanical to get a 3rd opinion. I was scheduled the next day and the experienced techs ran several different tests and established that I didn’t have a leak! I was happy to pay $630.00 for them to service the unit w refill of refrigerant! The following week I had an issue with an AC unit at another home and Southwest Boiler & Mechanical found the motor needed replacing on that one. This unit was under warranty and they coordinated a new motor installation and the cost was for labor only which took a couple hours to install. The cost was only $450.00 for that job. Other companies in Scottsdale have zero integrity and from now on I will ONLY be using this company!!! I am so impressed with the two jobs in this review and I strongly suggest not wasting your time with any other HVAC company. You will see the huge difference in hiring this honest and experienced best of the best company!!! Much gratitude!!!!! The owner of this company is a builder with several other sub-company solutions for residential and commercial jobs. “I got Enrique's number from a friend who had his driveway done by Ramos Pavers a few years ago and after lots of rain and continually parking big trucks on it, there is not one shifted paver or low spot or gap.I did a lot of research trying to find the cheapest place (guys on offer up mostly assuring me they do good work) but eventually common sense reminded me that cheap usually means you will regret it eventually and by the time you regret it the people who installed it wont be around.I hired him and he did pavers at my sisters house and my house.His crew does fantastic work and very fast. He even had to do some re-grading and that was spot on also without any added surprise costs.I would imagine there are less expensive places out there but when water pools in certain areas and pavers sink and look sloppy you will wish you hadn't save a couple of bucks per square foot.“

“I was, thankfully, referred to Cole Schnaible/C&C Finishes to remodel my old outdated fireplace wall (see before and after pics). Cole and his wonderful crew did an AMAZING job! Their communication, expertise, efficiency, and attention to detail are all exceptional! They are good, honest, hard working people as was evidenced by the work I witnessed on a daily basis. These guys are top-tier all the way!!! I even feel like part of the C&C Finishes family now and am currently contracting with Cole to do another project. “Our home is an older home built in 1960. A previous contractor had helped us do some simple electrical fixtures but the circuits in this old house became overwhelming to his experience. Through his personal contacts and associates I was contacted by Craig of Becham Electric. The previous contractor had worked two different days on this enigma. We had crazy cross connections, Flashing lights, and lights that worked at half power. It was SNAFU.
Watching Craig troubleshoot and sort nearly a dozen connections that had been scrambled by the previous contractor was amazing. Within an hour they had it all working perfectly. No chance of us burning down, now. Thank you guys!! I look forward to seeing you guys on all future projects!“
